Get a second print for your best friend? Get that awesome print framed right away (let’s be honest, it will probably just stay on your to-do list if you don’t)? Now’s your chance!

        Not entirely convinced? No problem, just click on the little “x” next to the quantity button to remove an item and find something else you love.

      • After You Order

        You braved the hardest part – making decisions is never easy, especially when you love it all!

        It’s great that you found something you love on our website. You should get an order notification from us within the next 24 hours confirming your purchase with your shipping and billing information. If you don’t get an email after a day, please also check your spam folder to make sure it didn’t get lost there. As a registered customer you can now view the status of your order at any time in your account under "My Orders". Your order will go into production as soon as we receive the payment and will be shipped to you after 4-7 business days depending on the product.       • Changing or Cancelling an Order

        As long as your order has not been dispatched, we will gladly change the shipping address after you have ordered. If you wish to cancel an order, send our lovely customer service team an email through service@juniqe.dk and let them work their magic. Sometimes it is not possible to cancel an order but you can always return an order to us free of charge.

        Unfortunately we cannot add further products to an order once it has been sent, but if you speak to our customer service fairies on service@juniqe.dk we can arrange for you to create a new order without having to pay for shipping twice. Not bad, eh?

      • Premium Poster

        Our gallery-quality premium posters are made of 240 g/m² pure white paper with a semi-gloss finish. Each poster has a 1 cm white border so that the design is not cut off when the poster is framed. The posters are printed digitally in Germany using archival inks with high colour brilliance. The inks are UV-resistant and thus do not fade.

      • Framed Poster - Wood

        Our framed, gallery-quality art prints are made of 265 g/m² pure white paper with a semi-gloss finish. Each poster has a 1 cm white border so that the design is not cut off when the poster is framed. The posters are printed digitally in Germany using archival inks and have a semi-gloss finish.

        Both our black and our white frames are made of pinewood with a matte finish. Our oak frames have a natural finish. For our smaller framed prints, the wood measures 2 x 2 cm on all sides. For our larger framed prints (100 x 100 cm, 100 x 150 cm and 80 x 120 cm), the wood measures 4 x 4 cm on all sides. Our frames are fitted with 2 mm thick acrylic glass.

        Our framed prints come with brackets that can be attached to the back. The brackets are not visible from the front.

      • Acrylic Glass Print

        The design is printed directly onto the back of 4 mm thick acrylic glass with polished edges. Each acrylic glass print comes includes a hanging system that is not visible from the front once secured to the back.

        For our smaller sized acrylic prints, the hanging system consists of metal plates that are made to rest on nails or screws. The larger sizes (70 x 70 cm, 100 x 100 cm, 100 x 150 cm and 80 x 120 cm) feature an aluminium rail to ensure maximum stability. Both systems allow for easy hanging.

      • Aluminium Print

        In our aluminium prints the design is printed directly onto aluminium dibond. They are light, sturdy and weatherproof, thus suitable for hanging outdoors. Each aluminium print is 3 mm thick and made of two aluminium panels with a polyethylene core.

        Our aluminium prints come with a hanging system for the back that is not visible from the front. The hanging system for the smaller prints consists of metal plates that can rest on nails or screws. Our larger sized prints (70 x 70 cm, 100 x 100 cm and 100 x 150 cm) are equipped with an aluminium rail for extra stability. Both systems allow for easy hanging.

      • Limited Edition

        Only 100 prints are produced for each of our limited edition fine art prints. Each print is numbered, features the artist’s signature and comes with a certificate of authenticity. All our limited editions are UV-resistant and printed digitally with archival inks.

        The paper is 300 g/m² Fine Art Harman Matt Cotton Smooth by Hahnemühle. The white border around each print measures 2 cm from the top and sides, and 3.7 cm from the bottom. Thus, the signature of the artist remains visible when the print is framed.

        Our black and white frames are made of finished pinewood. Our oak frames have a natural finish. The smaller frames have a thickness of 2 x 2 cm. For posters with the dimensions 100 x 100 cm, 100 x 150 cm and 80 x 120 cm, the frame thickness measures 4 x 4 cm. All frames are fitted with 2 mm thick acrylic glass.

        All our framed prints come with brackets that can be attached to the back. The brackets are not visible from the front.

        Our FSC-certified wood frames come with a 100% alpha cellulose, 250g/m2 mount. Our pinewood frames have a black or white matt lacquered finish and our oak frames have a natural, oiled finish which facilitates natural shine and durability. The shatterproof Plexiglas comes with a 30-year manufacturer’s warranty against UV damage. Mounting hardware is included. These are available in 2x3 or square formats depending on the design.

        Our unisex onesies are loosely-cut and feature a print on the front. The print goes over the zipper, which goes all the way up to, and can completely zip up, the hood. Our onesies feature fleece-like lining, two open front pockets and two side pockets with zippers.

      • Bed Linen

        Our bed linen comes in sets. Each set features one duvet cover and one cushion cover. Both are made of 100% renforcé cotton and have zippers. The duvet is printed with a design on the front and the back is white. The cushion is white, both front and back.

        Both are machine washable at 40°C and should be turned inside-out before washing. Do not bleach. Our bed linen is printed in Germany and made to order when you select your design.

        Our kids’ bedding sets are suitable for children aged 3–12 years.

      • Kids’ Bed Linen

        Our bed linen comes in sets. Each set features one duvet cover and one cushion cover. Both are made of 100% renforcé cotton and have zippers. The duvet is printed with a design on the front and the back is white. The cushion is white, both front and back.

      • Fleece Blanket

        Our fleece blankets are made of soft, synthetic fleece microfibres. The front is printed with a design using dye-sublimation printing. The back is white.

      • Shower Curtain

        Our thread-sewn shower curtains are made of water-resistant polyester. The design is printed on the front. The JUNIQE logo is printed on the lower left side. The eyelets are made from nickel-plated stainless metal. Our shower curtains do not come with shower curtain rings.

      • Cushion Cover

        Our cushion covers are made of 100% woven cotton. The material is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. Each cushion cover comes with an invisible zipper.

        Our cushion covers do not come with cushion inners.

      • Cushion

        Our all-over printed cushion covers are available in different sizes (30 x 30 cm, 40 x 40 cm, 50 x 50 cm and 60 x 40 cm). They can be ordered with or without a cushion inner.

        Our cushion covers are made of soft, hypoallergenic microfibre fabric (85 GSM). The cushion inners are made of hypoallergenic synthetic fibres. The same design is printed on the front and back.

        Each cushion cover comes with a JUNIQE label and, depending on the design, either a white or a black zipper. Our all-over printed cushion covers are machine washable at 30°C.

      • Tea Towel Set

        Our tea towel sets each feature two high-quality tea towels. The material is 100% absorbent cotton with a fabric weight of 170 GSM. Each tea towel is 50 x 70 cm. They are printed digitally in Germany.

      • Hand, Bath & Beach Towels

        Our towels are available in three sizes (as a 40 x 80 cm hand towel, a 70 x 140 cm bath towel, and a 90 x 180 cm beach towel). The design is printed on the front using thermal sublimation printing. The front is made of 280 GSM soft, terry velour (55% microfiber, 45% cotton).

        Each towel comes with a sewn-in JUNIQE loop for easy hanging. Our towels are machine washable at 40°C and suitable for tumble drying.

      • Wallpaper

        Our wallpaper is made from 220 g/m² non-woven material and features a fleece backing. The wipe-clean, latex patterns are printed with UV-resistant, solvent-free ink. The exact measurements and number of rolls are dependent on the format of the design.

        Each roll is 45 cm wide. The rolls are numbered to simplify hanging. Our wallpaper is printed in Germany and comes with wallpaper paste that can be applied directly to the wall..

      • Premium Notebook

        Our premium notebooks have a smooth, flexible cardboard cover that is printed with a design. They are available in A4 and A5 and come with 176 white pages of blank, ruled or dotted paper. The ruling (A4: 32 lines, A5: 22 lines) is printed with black ink. The especially smooth paper is the perfect surface for writing. The artist’s name and JUNIQE logo are printed on the back cover.

      • Notepad

        Our notepads are printed with a design on the front cover. The back cover is made of black cardboard. Each notepad features 64 pages of blank, ruled or dotted paper.

        The front cover is made of 240 g/m2 paper. The back cover is made of black cardboard that is 0.7 mm thick. The pages are made of 90 g/m2 white paper. The extra smooth paper provides the perfect surface for writing on. The ruling is printed in black ink.

        Our notepads are thermal bound. They are available in the sizes A4 and A5.

      • Wall Calendar

        Our curatorial team put together a collection of themed calendars for 2017. Each calendar comes with 12 handpicked designs by some of our favourite artists.

        Our calendars are available in the sizes 42 x 25.5 cm and 58 x 35 cm. The pages are 150 g/m2 matt LumiSilk paper and the back cover is 700 g/m2 black cardboard. Our calendars are spiral bound and printed in Germany.

      • Personal Planner 2017

        Our 2017 personal planners come in the size A5 and are printed with a design on the cover. The cover is a 280 g/m2 smooth, flexible cardboard. The pages are 90 g/m2 white paper.

        Featuring a weekly, monthly and yearly calendar for 2017. Includes extra pages of lined paper, which is perfect for taking notes and jotting down ideas. A white string bookmark is attached to each planner. The artist’s name and JUNIQE logo are printed on the back cover.

      • Greeting Card Set

        Our A6 greeting cards are available in sets of 3, 5, 10 and 15. All the cards featured in a set are printed with the same design on the front. The high-quality, uncoated, woodfree 300 g/m² Munken Lynx Rough paper ensures high colour brilliance. The paper’s surface is easy to write on. Each set comes with recycled, brown C6 envelopes. Our greeting cards are printed in Germany.

      • Postcard Set

        Our A6 postcards are sold in sets of 3, 5, 10 and 15. All the postcards in a set are printed with the same design. Munken Lynx Rough is a high-quality, uncoated paper which enhances the colours of the print, and is ideal for writing on. The 300 g/m² paper is woodfree. Our postcards are printed in Germany.

      • Gift Wrapping Paper

        Our gift wrapping paper sets feature 3 sheets (each measuring 50 x 70 cm) of wrapping paper. All the sheets in a set are printed with the same design on the front. The back is white. Our gift wrapping paper (100 g/m2 matt LumiSilk paper) is shipped rolled.

      • Children’s Book

        On a curatorial mission to make art accessible to everyone, JUNIQE is always looking for new ways to reach out to even the youngest of art lovers. We teamed up with some of our most talented artists to create an exclusive collection of beautiful and engaging books for young readers. The JUNIQE Bookshelf was born.

        Our children’s books are created by illustrators from our artist community. They are designed, edited and published in collaboration with JUNIQE. All books in The JUNIQE Bookshelf are exclusively available at JUNIQE in four languages: English, German, French and Dutch.

      • SHARE Scandinavia

        SHARE Scandinavia is a one of a kind art book. Curated by JUNIQE in collaboration with the Swedish publishing house New Heroes & Pioneers, it features 50 beautiful works of art by emerging artists. Each piece was inspired by Scandinavian aesthetic, design or the region’s landscapes. The perforated pages enable you to remove the individual prints from the book’s binding with ease. And so, they are ready to take on a life of their own - be it on your walls or those of your loved ones. This art book was produced in Europe using FSC-certified paper which was sourced from sustainable forestry. Each artwork comes with a short caption by the respective artist.

        Our slim, lightweight smartphone and tablet cases are made of durable, hard shell polycarbonate with a scratch-resistant, high-gloss coating. Our cases are printed in Germany using 4 colour printing. Each case perfectly covers the sides of the respective device, can easily be attached and removed, and is designed to allow access to all ports.

      • We accept payment by Klarna, PayPal and Credit Card as payment methods

      • Invoice Payment through Klarna

        In collaboration with our partner Klarna we provide the option of purchasing your products on account. Please note that payment on account is only available to private customers and the payment must be made directly to Klarna.

        Invoice When you select to pay on account with Klarna, you will be sent an invoice after your products have been delivered. From the date of delivery you have 14 days to settle the invoice. You can find Klarna’s full Terms and Conditions for deliveries to Denmark here. No additional costs will be incurred through selecting to pay on account.

        Privacy Statement Klarna may evaluate the data you have provided and carry out limited credit searches. Your data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection provisions and thus Klarna’s Privacy Statement for Denmark.

      • PayPal

        When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to enter your billing information. If you’re already registered with PayPal, you can just access your existing account. Otherwise, you can register as a guest or create a new PayPal account. After you’ve successfully completed your payment via PayPal, your order will go straight into production.

        In case of an order return, the refund will always be issued to your original method of payment.

        Paying for your order with a credit card is safe and easy. Thanks to SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology, your data is securely protected. After you’ve successfully completed your payment via credit card, your order will go straight into production.

      • When you pay via PayPal or by credit card, the payment is completed instantly. The money is deducted automatically so you can kick back and let us do the rest for you.

        Please note that all of our designs are made to order and therefore can only be produced and shipped when we have received the full invoice amount.

      • After placing your order, you will receive an invoice from the respective invoice partner for your country (e.g. Payolution, Klarna or PayPal).       • We ship to the following 12 European countries from our German warehouse: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Sweden and Spain.

        There is a flat delivery charge per order depending on the country you would like your order sent to:

        Germany: €3.99
        Austria: €5.99
        Sweden: 49 kr
        Denmark: 44 kr
        UK: £3.99
        Switzerland: CHF 8.95
        Other listed countries: €6.99

    • Shipping Costs
      • When shipping to Denmark, there is a flat delivery charge of 44 kr per order. With larger prints, there may be an additional handling fee. Find out more here.

    • Oversized Formats: Handling Fee
      • For larger prints, there is a handling fee which is calculated per item. The fee amount will be shown in your cart before checkout.

    • Mail Provider
      • All products will be shipped by a local courier service, depending on your country. However, smaller wall art prints may be sent by standard post. Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose your preferred delivery company, as this is chosen by our external suppliers and producers.

        For shipments via Deutsche Post, Royal Mail or other national post companies, tracking is unfortunately not available. For all other items, orders can be tracked.

    • Delivery Time
      • The delivery time of your order depends on the individual production time of your chosen items. The vast majority of our products are made to order and can take up to 10 working days since they are produced individually for you after you place your order. We recommend that you check the relevant information on the item’s product page under the “Shipping Info” tab.

    • Order Tracking
      • Once your order leaves our warehouse we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number so you can track the progress of your parcel. If you have not received your order one week after dispatch, please contact our customer service team at service@juniqe.dk or at +45 787 948 11.

        As a registered customer, you can also check the status of your order in your customer account. Just click on “My Orders” and check on your items online.

    • Partly Delivered Orders
      • Sometimes we send out packages separately due to different production times, especially if you ordered items from different product categories, so don’t worry if your whole order hasn’t arrived yet. If you have any questions regarding your order, let our fairy godmothers in customer service know at service@juniqe.dk or +45 787 948 115.

    • Packaging
      • We always take the utmost care in packaging your order, so that it reaches you safe and sound. If your order should arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team. Orders containing several different items will occasionally be packaged together, as for environmental reasons we prefer to send fewer packages if possible.

    • Failed Delivery
      • If you’re not at home when your package arrives, our courier will try to leave it with a neighbour. Failing that, they will leave it at a collection point. This could be, for example, a local business.

        The courier will then leave a notification card telling you where you can pick up your eagerly-awaited art. Take the card to the collection point and don't forget to bring ID with you. But don't leave it too long—after seven days it will be returned to our warehouse. And that would be a shame!

    • Shipping Problems
      • Return to Sender

        Unfortunately we were unable to deliver your order, but the good news is: it's not lost and has been returned to us! A package can be returned to the sender for different reasons, such as an incomplete or unknown address (be careful with auto fill-in in your browser!), multiple failed delivery attempts, refusal of the package or a failed pick up at the collection point. But don’t worry, just let us know if you would like us to send your package back out to the original address or if you’d like to have it sent to a different address. Get in touch with us at service@juniqe.dk or +45 787 948 11 and we'll take care of it for you right away.

      • You Did Not Receive a Tracking Confirmation

        The delivery time for your order depends on production times. As we produce each design individually to order, dispatch can take a little while longer than if we'd had it in stock already. Production can take up to 10 working days, depending on the type of item.

        As soon as your order is on its way, you will get an automatic shipping confirmation with your tracking number. If you did not receive this message, please check your spam folder and the email address you gave when registering. If you registered with Facebook, we will send updates to the email address associated with your Facebook account.

      • Your Tracking Number Doesn’t Work

        Don’t worry! Recently uploaded tracking can take up to 24 hours to be activated. Browse a little on JUNIQE, get a coffee, and come back in a couple of hours. This error message will most likely say: “Die Sendung 123456789 ist uns derzeit nicht bekannt” or “Derzeit liegen uns zu der Sendungsnummer 123456789 keine Informationen vor”, but don’t worry, your brown paper package tied up with string will arrive with a few of your favourite things.

        If you still encounter this problem after 24 hours, please let us know at service@juniqe.dk or +45 787 948 11 and we will take good care of you.

      • Slow Tracking

        You received a tracking number but the package seems to be stuck somewhere and is not making its way to you? Don’t worry at all - just shoot us a message at service@juniqe.dk or call us at +45 787 948 11 and our fairy godmothers in customer service will take care of everything.

      • Lost Package

        Your package hasn’t found its way to you? The post man didn’t ring three times? You did not receive your package 7 days after your shipping confirmation?

      • Your package arrived, but isn’t in perfect condition? Our customer service fairies are here to help! Simply get in touch through service@juniqe.dk or +45 787 948 11 and they’ll be happy to make things right again.

        Please provide a clear description of the damaged items or issue at hand. And for some extra karma points, snap a photo of the damage if you can. This documentation is extremely valuable in helping us provide our production partners with feedback. We want to make sure these incidents don’t reoccur in the future.

        Rest assured in no way do such incidences reflect the high standards we set for ourselves. And we promise to do our very best in putting a smile back on your face!

      • Whoops, that should definitely not have happened and does not reflect the standards we set for ourselves.

        Don’t worry, our Customer Service Heroes will take care of this for you right away. Please let us know which item you received by mistake and attach a picture of the different labels with their barcodes (there should be 1 JUNIQE label and 2 courier labels) by emailing us at service@juniqe.dk or +45 787 948 11.

        And of course, you can return the wrong item super easily and free of charge. Just print out the return label in our Returns Centre and send it back to us. We’ll make sure the correct item arrives safe and sound this time!

        Not to your liking? You can return any items, including limited edition designs, within 100 days of receiving them, for any reason and free of charge. Unfortunately there is a return charge for our customers in Switzerland.

      • Free Return Label

        You can easily return qualifying items within 100 days of receipt, no questions asked. Simply send them back to us free of charge using our return label, which you can create and print in our Returns Centre.

        Rather have a larger version of your print? Want it in a frame?

        That's fine by us! You can send back your prints to us within 100 days with the free return label. As soon as we receive it, you will be issued a full refund and can order it again exactly to your liking. Limited edition designs that are exclusively manufactured and printed to order can't be returned.

      • Exchanges: Fashion

        Online shopping can be tricky, but we’ve got you covered. If you want to exchange your item of clothing for another size, all you have to do is send back your original item with the free return label. As soon as it has made its way back to us, we’ll issue you a full refund. In the meantime, you can just order your design in the right size or design.

      • When you return a product, we will issue you with a full refund as long as the items are unworn and in their original packaging.

        Please note that a refund might take up to 14 days after we have received your return. You will be notified immediately via Email once the refund is issued. A refund will be issued back to the account linked to your or original method of payment.

        You can buy gift cards here which will be sent to you with the German Post.  Please note that we will send gift cards in envelopes and we therefore recommend that they are sent to a private address instead of a company address or post office box. Please also note that we can provide no tracking numbers for letters.

        Congratulations on having a friend awesome enough to give you a JUNIQE gift card. You can redeem it easily by entering the gift code into the voucher field at checkout. The amount on your card will automatically be deducted from your total order amount during checkout. Yay!

        • Gift cards are valid for one year after purchase
        • Unfortunately, a monetary refund of the voucher amount is not possible
        • You can only use one gift card or voucher per purchase
        • Gift cards are valid for one use. Should there be an outstanding amount after your order, please let us know at service@juniqe.dk or +45 787 948 11 to get another voucher for the outstanding amount.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been dispatched, we will gladly change the shipping address after you have ordered. If you wish to cancel an order, send our lovely customer service team an email through service@juniqe.dk and let them work their magic. Sometimes it is not possible to cancel an order but you can always return an order to us free of charge.

Unfortunately we cannot add further products to an order once it has been sent, but if you speak to our customer service fairies on service@juniqe.dk we can arrange for you to create a new order without having to pay for shipping twice. Not bad, eh?

Can I buy prints in a different size than those specified?

In order to guarantee that all of our designs fit you and your home perfectly, we offer products in different sizes. But don’t worry if your favourite doesn’t come in the size you want: we’re happy to find out if it’s possible to change this for you. Just write to us at service@juniqe.dk or call +45 787 948 11 and our fairy godmothers in customer service will take good care of you.

How long will it take to ship my items?

The delivery time of your order depends on the individual production time of your chosen items. The vast majority of our products are made to order and can take up to 10 working days since they are produced individually for you after you place your order.

My order arrived but it's incomplete. What should I do?

Sometimes we send out packages separately due to different production times, especially if you ordered items from different product categories, so don’t worry if your whole order hasn’t arrived yet. If you have any questions regarding your order, let our fairy godmothers in customer service know at service@juniqe.dk or +45 787 948 11.

My order is damaged. What should I do?

If your package didn’t arrive safe, sound, and in perfect condition please don’t worry. Our customer service fairies at service@juniqe.dk or +45 787 948 11 will help you right away. Please let us know what kind of damage your items incurred and quickly snap a picture of it. Pictures of the packaging would be incredibly helpful and we can make sure this does not happen in the future.

But please don’t worry, this does not reflect the high standards that we set for ourselves and we will definitely try to put a smile back on your face!
