Street artist Mateo interrogates how traditional forms impact contemporary societies, with a collagic style rooted in romanticism. Playing with origins and nostalgia, and drawing from his real-life travels and adventures, Mateo's ornamental pieces now decorate walls around the world; both on the streets and in galleries alongside some of the greatest artists of the 20th and 21st Centuries.
